CAD 2D
Computer Aided Design, flat two-dimensional drawing used for creating technical drawings and furniture layouts. 2D CAD drawings include elevation drawings, floor plans, lighting plans, electrical plans.
3D Rendering
Process of making a digital image which allow the viewer to visualize the design intent. Creating a digital reference allows us to save time & money as well as a detailed reference guide for the contractors involved in the project.
3D Scanning, BIM, Virtual Rendering
Onsite laser scanning and measurement process, capturing up to a 3mm accurate read on every slope, curve, and object in the space. We begin by creating what is known as a BIM. The building information model becomes the basis for all data moving forward. This data can be turned into 2D drawings, 3D models, virtual walk throughs, detailed inventories, templates, construction documents, and ‘as-built’ drawings and records of the space.
